Leah seeks to provide a light-hearted and non-judgmental environment that allows individuals to build confidence and autonomy. Leah has experience with children, teens and adults of varied backgrounds in a variety of settings and is well versed in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. Leah is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques and enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults with anxiety, ASD, depression, eating disorders, or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
