How do I get Connected to a Therapist?

To get connected to one of our therapists, please submit an Appointment Request Form. If you know the therapist you would like to work with, please indicate your preference. If you would like assistance in connecting to someone who may be a good fit, our administrative staff is happy to assist in matching you with someone who can best serve your individual needs.

We know that reaching out to a clinic can be uncomfortable and anxiety producing. There is no automated answering at Shore; your calls and emails are answered by one of our compassionate and experienced administrative staff.
