I am a counseling intern at Shore Clinic, currently completing my Master’s in Professional Counseling with a focus in Clinical Mental Health at Mount Mary University. I work under the supervision of Ellen Reid, LPC, and approach therapy through an integrative, humanistic, and person-centered lens. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, heard, and empowered in their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

I welcome clients of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, family stress, personal growth, and/or anything else that may be leading you to seek support! I believe change happens through connection, compassion, and a sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults from my previous role in crisis services. In my role, I regularly provided skill development (including but not limited to distress tolerance, coping skills, emotion regulation, psychoeducation, etc.) to youth as they navigated various stressors in their lives.

If you are a parent/guardian seeking support with your child, please feel free to reach out to see if we would be a good fit! I also encourage those that are young adults and older to contact me as well
