Britt Ramos
MS, LPC-IT
I welcome clients of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, family stress, personal growth, and/or anything else that may be leading you to seek support! I believe change happens through connection, compassion, and a sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship. Through my previous role as a counseling intern, I have gained valuable experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples.
My approach to therapy tends to be very integrative, humanistic, collaborative, and person-centered. I like to tailor treatment to each individual and find interventions that work best for my client. My aim is to create a warm and safe space for clients to be their authentic selves and feel supported in every step of their journey. I look forward to meeting you where you are and helping you on your way to becoming your best self!
Please feel free to reach out to see if we would be a good fit!
