I am a counseling intern at Shore Clinic, currently completing my Master’s in Professional Counseling with a focus in Clinical Mental Health at Mount Mary University. I work under the supervision of Ellen Reid, LPC, and approach therapy through an integrative, humanistic, and person-centered lens. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported, heard, and empowered in their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

I welcome clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity concerns, or those simply seeking personal growth. I believe change happens through connection, compassion, and a sense of safety in the therapeutic relationship. I have also gained valuable experience working with youth and adults in my previous work in crisis services. Outside of counseling, I enjoy nature walks, reading, and spending time with loved ones—practices that help me stay balanced and present in my work.
