Starting your therapy journey can be really scary. I believe in providing a safe space for my clients, where they feel they can process whatever life is throwing at them. I am a trauma-informed therapist that exhibits a natural sense of compassion and empathy, and I am passionate about helping individuals instill positive change in their lives.

Fundamentally putting the client first, my approach focuses on client growth. To do so, I combine treatment methods such as person-center therapy, cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and psychoanalysis. Because I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I am trained in navigating and addressing a wide variety of mental health issues. My specialties and areas I am passionate about are Grief and Bereavement, Anxiety, Chronic Pain/illness, Health and Wellness, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions, and Woman’s Health Issues.

I have 12 years of experience doing Grief work. Grief and Bereavement is something I am very passionate about. As someone who has lost many important people in her life, I know first hand how hard grief can be. My personal experience gives me the ability to truly empathize with people who are on their own grieving journeys.

I am a tele-health psychotherapist at Shore Clinic. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mount Mary University and is am National Certified Counselor (NCC).
