Stephanie Pyfer
Counseling Intern
Stephanie will begin accepting clients August 24, 2026.
My approach to counseling is person-centered, trauma-informed, and adapted to each client. My goal is to create a space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and values free from judgement. I’m passionate about maternal/postpartum mental health and supporting parents, and I understand what it's like to be pulled in many different directions. I work with adults 18+ through life transitions, interpersonal/family relationships, and feelings of depression, anxiety, hopelessness, and overwhelm. In sessions, we’ll explore what makes you you, your unique story, and how you move through life. We’ll build on skills you already have and maybe learn a few new ones.
In my free time, I like to hang with my family, sing, and walk around my neighborhood. I’m inspired daily by how, with the right support, we can move through life's challenges toward our most fulfilling selves. If you're looking to make changes, gain insight, or simply have someone walk alongside you as you navigate a new season of life, I'd love to hear from you!
Stephanie practices under the clinical supervision of Ellen Reid, MS, LPC.
